Investor Risk Disclosures

Last updated: 2025-01-01

Investing in tokenized real-world assets involves significant risks. You should carefully read and understand the following disclosures before allocating any capital through the Neovestor platform.

You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only invest amounts you can afford to lose entirely. These disclosures do not constitute investment advice.

Liquidity risk

Tokenized assets may not be immediately redeemable. Liquidity is conditional on secondary market availability, redemption windows defined per asset, and the ability of the underlying custodian to facilitate settlement.

Asset quality risk

The performance of each tokenized position depends on the quality of the underlying asset. Neovestor conducts due diligence but cannot guarantee asset quality. Real estate values fluctuate; credit borrowers may default.

Counterparty risk

You are exposed to the credit and operational risk of multiple counterparties including the asset originator, the licensed custodian, smart contract operators, and Neovestor itself.

Smart contract and technology risk

Tokenized positions are represented on blockchain infrastructure that may contain software vulnerabilities. While our contracts are audited before deployment, no audit guarantees the absence of exploitable bugs.

Regulatory risk

The regulatory treatment of tokenized assets varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Regulatory action could restrict or prohibit the operation of the Service in one or more jurisdictions.

Currency and FX risk

Where positions are denominated in a currency other than your base currency, exchange rate movements may reduce the value of your investment when converted back to your home currency.

Concentration risk

Allocating a significant portion of your total investable assets to any single asset class or position increases the impact of adverse performance on your overall portfolio.

Yield and return risk

Yield estimates and projected returns displayed on the platform are forward-looking, not guaranteed, and may differ materially from actual outcomes.
